I designed and coded this website for Phillip Gibson when he was starting his new real estate company. One special area of development for the site was a community manager, which allows him to maintain a database of communities, including categories, price ranges, descriptive text, photos, a list of features and hold pdf documents. The community manager auto generates pages for the communities which makes it so the website is very easy to maintain, as all the community data is held in a easy to access and use way.

The site is also integrated with MLS data using IDX Broker. Visitors can easily do property searches and the website generates valuable leads for Phillip.

This website also includes a custom testimonial plugin.

This site is fully responsive and works on all devices from smart phones to desktops.
